1. Basic Troubleshooting
Restart the System: Sometimes a simple reboot can fix the issue.
Check Connections: Ensure all cables are securely connected.

2. Software Checks
Calibration: Go into the settings menu and look for a screen calibration option. The process is： click start menu and choose “control panel”, then choose “hardware and sound”, check if there is “Tablet PC Setting”, if yes, then go to “Tablet PC setting”, click “setting” and follow the instruction to touch the screen, and click reset. Click calibrate at last.

3. Hardware Inspection
